Photography is one of my passions.  Ever since I can remember I have loved taking pictures.  My first camera was an oatmeal box, made as part of a 2nd grade project. You can do it yourself by following this link Pinhole Camera.  While my equipment has come a long way I still have the same feeling from seeing my photo's once they are developed.  It's like opening a present at Christmas.  I have created three separate pages.  Page 1 consists of photo's of Greece, my most recent trip.  Page 2 has my photo's of Italy and page 3 is everything else.  I have recently added another gallery  West Coast Of Italy from my most recent trip.  I've added yet another page titled Snow.  I hope you enjoy what is here.

My Camera

The camera that was used to take all of these photo's is a Nikon FE2 with a Nikkor 50mm lens.  This camera has been with me since 1987 and I will cherish it for the rest of my life as it has helped me to catalog all of my most memorable adventures.  I've just added a new camera to my collection, the Nikon N80.  My latest pictures from Italy were all taken with my N80 with an AF 28-80 f/3.5 to 5.6 Tamron lens.  This camera actually has met and exceeded my expectations.  I have yet to get a handle on the on-board flash and hope to spend some time mastering it.  Flash photography has never been a strength of mine but I hope to change that in the near future.  It's all about trial and error with photography.
